Crazy Feta Toast with Roasted Beets and Chives
1 bundle of beets, scrubbed, peeled, and quartered
salt and pepper to taste
1 bundle of chives, snipped
fresh lemon zest
Your preferred bread
1 container CAVA Crazy Feta
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss beets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30 to 35 minutes, until tender. Spread Crazy Feta on toast and top with roasted beets. Finish with a sprinkle of snipped chives, lemon zest, and fresh cracked pepper.
