Sometimes the weather forecast says rain… but the show must go on.

Our Cava Grill, Cava Mezze, and Cava Foods teams banded together last night to celebrate Zoofari, a raucous food- and drink-filled evening at the National Zoo. On deck:

  • Spicy lamb sliders with tzatziki, tomatoes & cucumbers, and pickled onions
  • Pork shoulder souvlaki 
  • Various dips and spreads from Cava Foods
  • Grapefruit phosphate cocktail with rum
