These handheld, vegetarian-friendly snacks are easy to make and even easier to eat.
Veggie Tortilla Rollups

Chill Time: 5 minutes
- 1 large burrito-sized flour tortilla
- 3-4 tablespoons of your favorite flavor of CAVA hummus
- 1-2 carrots
- 2-4 broccoli florets
- 1/8 – ¼ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Start off by prepping your veggies – finely chop broccoli, and peel and grate carrot.
Grate cheese coarsely or, if you’re looking to save some time, use pre-shredded cheese.
Next, spread hummus on tortilla and top with a hearty sprinkle of grated carrot, grated cheddar cheese, and chopped broccoli.
Now you’re ready to roll. Start at the edge of the tortilla and roll it, tightly, until you reach the opposite side. The hummus will help it stick. Allow it to set for 5 minutes in the fridge. Cut into 8 pinwheels and serve.
