Tuscan Sandwich with Roasted Red Peppers and Yogurt Dill
1 loaf seeded bread or your preferred sandwich loaf
1 package thinly sliced prosciutto
1 jar roasted red pepper, sliced into strips
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle CAVA Yogurt Dill
For each sandwich, place a few slices of avocado on one piece of bread. Then layer a few slices of prosciutto, and lastly, a few strips of roasted red pepper. Finish with a drizzle of Yogurt Dill. You can also toast in a small skillet over medium heat if desired.
