The powerhouse CRUNCH of mandolin-shaved radishes and cucumber makes for the perfect crudité-inspired snack. Feel free to add whatever colorful raw veggies you want here (we’re also into jicama, sprouts, snow peas, etc.). And of course we’ll always have a soft spot for Spicy Hummus.

Spicy Hummus Toast with Sliced Radishes and Sliced Cucumbers

1 bundle radishes
1 Persian cucumber
1 lemon
Your preferred bread (we like pumpernickel or Russian black bread for this one)
1 container CAVA Spicy Hummus

Thinly slice radishes and cucumber (use a mandolin if you have one). Spread toast with Spicy Hummus. Top with radish and cucumber slices. Finish with a sprinkle of lemon zest and dash of sea salt.
