A Thanksgiving spread wouldn’t be complete without mashed potatoes. And this quick-mash version gets its amazing creaminess from refreshing tzatziki.
Smashed Potatoes with Tzatziki and Dill
5-6 large potatoes, we prefer Yukon Gold
¾ cup Cava Foods Tzatziki
3 tablespoons butter
¾ cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Peel potatoes and toss them into the water. Add salt and cook until fork-tender. Drain potatoes and roughly smash them. Stir in tzatziki, butter, and milk.
Stir everything together, season with salt and pepper, and adjust the tzatziki and milk quantities to your taste. Garnish with fresh dill.
