Simple Arugula Salad with Avocado, Microgreens, and Lemon Herb Tahini
3-4 cups fresh arugula
1 large handful microgreens
1 half avocado, thinly sliced
1 bundle fresh radishes, thinly sliced
Fresh cracked pepper
1 bottle CAVA Lemon Herb Tahini
Rinse the arugula and pat dry. Place a hefty handful of arugula on two plates and top with a plentiful sprinkle of microgreens. Finish with a handful of radishes and a few pieces of avocado, and drizzle with Lemon Herb Tahini.
