As Chef Dimitri likes to say, “The most hated vegetable ever is now everyone’s favorite.” Brussels sprouts don’t need fancy preparations to be transformed into something delicious – they just need a vigorous sprinkling of salt and a good roasting. And some tzatziki, of course.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Tzatziki
½ pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup Cava Foods Tzatziki
Halve Brussels sprouts and spread on a pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve atop tzatziki.
