Remember when you hated Brussels sprouts? And then you learned that roasting them turns them into a high-key WIN? Yeah, you’re going to want to sprinkle some of ’em on this super-simple toast. Oh, and goat cheese is invited to the party, too.

Red Pepper Hummus Toast with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Goat Cheese

1 bundle of Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon of goat cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil 
Your preferred bread
1 container CAVA Red Pepper Hummus

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut ends off of Brussels sprouts and cut into quarters. Toss with some olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until crispy on the edges. Spread toast with Red Pepper Hummus. Top with roasted Brussels and a sprinkle of goat cheese.
