The first thing to go on our Cava Thanksgiving table is amazingly easy to prepare. This bright, herb-rich salad is the perfect starter and takes about 60 seconds to come together.
Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad with Lemon and Feta
2 8-ounce containers Cava Foods Quinoa Tabbouleh
½ cucumber, diced
½ lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Toss quinoa tabbouleh with feta, cucumber, and olive oil. Drizzle with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
