Olive Oil Fried Eggs with Fresh Herbs and Green Harissa

2 large brown eggs
Quality olive oil
1 T paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley-roughly chopped
1 bottle CAVA Green Harissa

Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Add a swirl of olive oil to the pan and allow it to heat through for a minute or so. Add your eggs to the pan and let them cookie for 3-4 minutes, until the edges of the eggs are golden-brown and lacey. If you prefer your eggs more well done, you can turn off the heat and place a lid over the pan for an additional 2 minutes or so.

Sprinkle eggs with paprika, cracked pepper, and salt. Finish with a generous drizzle of Green Harissa and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
