Mediterranean Hummus Platter
1 bundle radishes
1 head purple cauliflower
1 package snow peas
4-5 Persian cucumbers
1 bundle carrots, greens still on
1 carton mixed baby heirloom tomatoes
1 bundle cherry tomatoes with stems on
1 bundle fresh parsley
1 package microgreens
1 jar or salad-bar container mixed Greek olives
1 salad-bar container mixed pickled veg
1 jar roasted red peppers
1 block fresh feta
1 bag pita chips
1 container CAVA Traditional Hummus
1 container CAVA Spicy Hummus
1 container CAVA Eggplant and Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Rinse and cut veggies. Transfer dips to colorful serving bowls. Dress dips with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of fresh chopped herbs, or whatever other accessories you want to give it. Arrange dips and veggies on a large platter or wood serving board.
