Loaded Avocado and Hummus Toast
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
handful of microgreens
fresh lemon zest
flaky sea salt to taste
your preferred bread
1 container CAVA Traditional Hummus
Spread Traditional Hummus on toast and top with sliced avocado. Add sliced cucumber, halved grape tomatoes, and microgreens. Top with lemon zest, flaky sea salt, paprika, and sesame seeds.
