If you’ve never tried peppadew peppers before, we highly recommend it. The tangy sweetness of the peppers pairs so well with fiery harissa and tangy feta. Perfect for snacking on with crackers or even straight out of the jar!
Harissa Marinated Peppadews
1 jar peppadew peppers, drained
1 large scoop harissa
3 tablespooons olive oil
½ cup feta
sprinkle of sea salt
extra olive oil
To assemble, simply stir harissa into olive oil until the harissa thin out. Add peppers, salt, and feta, and stir to combine. Stoop into a mason jar and finish with extra olive oil.
