If there’s one game-day go-to you NEED to have in your back pocket — it’s this chili.

Nourishing, a little fiery, and so quick, this chili’s a flavor powerhouse made even better with a dollop of Tzatziki.

Harissa Turkey Chili

1 lb ground turkey
1 (30-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes with juices
1 (5-ounce) can diced green chiles
1 cup chopped white onion 
1 (14.5-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon cumin
3 tablespoons CAVA Harissa
2 cups chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
CAVA Tzatziki, shredded cheese, and avocado, for serving

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions until soft and slightly browned, then add the ground turkey and cook the meat until brown. Add the tomatoes, chiles, tomato sauce, Harissa, black beans, and chicken broth to the pot. Simmer until slightly thickened and flavors have developed to your liking, at least 30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese and a dollop of Tzatziki.
