We’re calling it: All fries should be curly fries. Seriously, if you have any access to a spiralizer (ask your friends, ask your mom, ask your coworker), get one.

Fries have never been more fun. Oh, and when you add creme fraiche to our addictive Crazy Feta and whiz it up in a blender, magic happens.

Harissa Sweet Potato Fries with Crazy Feta Dipping Sauce

3 to 4 large sweet potatoes, cut into curly fries using a spiralizer (or cut into matchsticks if you don’t have a spiralizer tool on hand)

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon CAVA Harissa
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Crazy Feta
1/2 cup creme fraiche
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 bundle scallions, most of green ends removed and white ends thinly sliced
Sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spiralize the potatoes using the blade with the larger triangles. Using scissors or a knife cut the potato spirals into smaller bite-sized fries. Whisk Harissa, cumin, and cinnamon with olive oil. Add sweet potato spirals to a bowl and toss with olive oil. Spread out over a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Place tray in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing the potatoes halfway to achieve an even golden brown. Serve hot.
