Harissa-roasted chickpeas, meet Tzatziki-roasted chickpeas: Basically your childhood favorite cool ranch + nacho cheese snacks, all grown up.
Harissa-Roasted and Tzatziki-Roasted Chickpeas
2 cans of organic chickpeas, thoroughly rinsed, drained and dried
1 tbsp., olive oil
Sea salt flakes
1 container CAVA Harissa
1 container CAVA Tzatziki
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat chickpeas with Harissa + olive oil on one cookie sheet. Coat chickpeas with Tzatziki + olive oil on another cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 45 minutes. Combine Harissa-roasted and Tzatziki-roasted chickpeas. Sprinkle salt on top. Enjoy!
