Harissa Lambs in a Blanket with Tzatziki Dipping Sauce
1 tbsp., olive oil
1 ½ pounds, Lamb Sausage
1 14 oz. package, frozen puff pastry
All-purpose flour (for surface)
1 large egg
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. flaky sea salt
1 container CAVA Harissa
1 container CAVA Tzatziki
Heat olive oil and 4 spoonfuls of Harissa in a pan over medium heat. Cook lamb sausage, turning occasionally, for about 7 minutes. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to 1/8″ thick. Cut into triangle strips. Brush edges of puff pastry triangle strips with egg yolk and roll strips around sausage, placing lambs in a blanket on a baking sheet as you go. Brush pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and flaky sea salt. Bake until pastry is golden and puffed, 15 minutes. Serve lambs in a blanket with Tzatziki.
