Odds are, when you visit Cava Grill, you probably have a go-to order. At the very least, you have one or two essential components to your meal that you get every time. We all have our favorites.

Last month, we called out the go-tos for our friends Gordy’s Pickle Jar, Whisked!, and Runningbyrd Tea. This time around, we wanted to get even more personal. So here’s the run-down from our founders themselves:

Ted Xenohristos:

White Rice, Crazy Feta, Half Chicken, Half Falafel, Marinated Cabbage, Tomato & Onion, Yogurt Dill Sauce, and Fresh Mint.

Chef Dimitri Moshovitis:

Half Brown Rice, Half Supergreens, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Crazy Feta, Half Chicken, Half Grilled Meatballs, Marinated Cabbage, Tomato & Onion, Gordy’s Pickled Banana Peppers, and Harissa Sauce.

Ike Grigoropoulos:

Brown Rice, Crazy Feta, Braised Beef, Cabbage, Quinoa Tabbouleh, Gordy’s Pickled Banana Peppers, and Harissa Sauce.
