This is artichoke dip at its finest.
We ditched the usual heaviness and swapped in the brightness of Crazy Feta. Not to worry — this highly addictive artichoke dip still brings plenty of luscious creaminess; it’s just a little bit zingy-er and brighter. A welcome addition if you ask us. Don’t look away, it’ll go fast.

Cook Time: 30-35 minutes
Yield: One 8-inch square or round baking dish
1 package CAVA Crazy Feta
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a stand mixer, beat egg, then mix in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and half of the Parmesan. Stir in Crazy Feta, rosemary, and artichoke hearts, breaking hearts apart by hand as you add them to the bowl. Once completely mixed, transfer dip to an oven-safe bowl and top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and bubbling. Serve with pita or warm bread.
