We like our cornbread with a little kick – after all, the usual flavors of Thanksgiving are more on the hearty and aromatic end of the spectrum. So we’re going zesty with our cornbread to balance the feast out. And Gordy’s Pickle Jar is helping us.
Cornbread with Gordy’s Pickle Jar Cherry Pepper Spread
Start with your favorite cornbread recipe (we like this one). Stir in 2 tablespoons Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread and ½ cup sweet corn kernels. Bake per recipe instructions. Serve with softened butter and an extra smear of Cherry Pepper Spread.
